The Menagerie by Tui T. Sutherland and Kari H. Sutherland is about a boy named Logan and a girl named Zoe. Zoe's family owns the mythical Menagerie - an animal reserve for mythical creatures. One day a few baby griffins break free from the Menagerie. Logan finds one, and decides to take it back to Zoe. Logan had not had any expieriance with mythical creaturs before this, so you can guess that he was pretty surprized when he found out that there were such things as dragons, and griffins, and unicorns and such. He was also pretty surprized when he found out that there was a mamoth that still walked the earth! But there is no time to play around! There were still 5 more griffins left to find! Zoe decides to let Logan help. They start out finding griffins on Friday, but they have to gert it done by Sunday! This story is full of twists and mythical adventure! Have fun reading!

Wonder by R.J. Palacio is about a boy named August Pulman who has a "horibly disfigured" face. He goes through a school year of different tragedies and triumphs happening with his new friends at a new school. This school year happens to be his first at a public school. He learns an important lesson: our tragedies make us wonders! Hve fun reading!  This blog is going to have some book recommendations for your personal reading. Some things, however are going to be things that I just feel like posting. Other things will be videos from youtube that I think you ought to check out! Most of the books I recommend are going to be chapter books. If you want to recommend books to me just put in a comment below.
